Regolamento Area Wellness
- mantenere un tono di voce ed un atteggiamento moderato e pacato;
- non utilizzare telefoni cellulari ed altre apparecchiature elettroniche che possano provocare rumore e disturbo;
- non fumare all’interno del Centro Benessere;
- da amanti degli animali, Vi preghiamo di non portarli con Voi all’interno del Centro Benessere;
- non introdurre contenitori di vetro o metallo all’interno del Centro Benessere;
- non introdurre e consumare cibo all’interno dei locali della Struttura;
- per rispetto degli altri ospiti, si prega di rispettare l’orario della fascia oraria scelta;
HYGIENE AND SAFETY
- minors (under the age of 18) are not allowed to use the Structure;

guests must wear a bathing costume in the Thalasso pool;

bathing costumes and slippers cannot be used within the saunas: guests are required to use their towels for covering and sitting purposes;

guests are asked to use slippers for hygiene and safety reasons;
HEALTH
Access is not permitted to individuals suffering from health problems, who have had recent operations, who suffer from after-effects due to traumas, allergies and any other pathology which may interfere with using the Wellness Center and with its treatments;
- We ask that you promptly flag any injuries or symptoms which may occur within the structure, as well as any unpleasant sensations you may experience during our treatments.
- You must be in good health conditions to use all services in the structure (swimming pool, saunas).
- It is advisable to consult your physician before accessing the structure if you suffer from any of the conditions listed below, for the purpose of assessing risks related to your specific pathology and your general health state.
Access to the structure is not permitted to individuals who have taken medications, alcohol, recreational drugs and anyone suffering from the following pathologies:
- Heart conditions and/or after-effects of heart surgery (by-passes, valve surgery, etc.)
- Neoplasms
- Arterial hypertension,
- Epilepsy or convulsive seizures,
- Diseases that cause alterations in balance
- Chronic respiratory diseases (asthma, emphysema, etc.)
- Infective or contagious skin conditions;
- Wounds that are not fully healed, with gauzes or bandages;
Furthermore, pregnant guests are not allowed to access the structure.
We communicate that patients who suffer or who have suffered of oncologic pathologies will be allowed to access the structure only if in possession of a medical certificate confirming the possibility to access the wellness area.
The Wellness Center Staff is in charge of ensuring the following rules are followed, at its sole discretion. The staff is authorised to intervene in any moment to ensure the rules are observed, and is entitled to invite individuals who fail to observe our regulations to leave the structure.
The management reserves the right to introduce and communicate further rules, bans, mandatory duties or indications, if deemed necessary for improving services and operations of the Wellness Center.
Beauty Area Regulation
Guests preparing to enjoy services/treatments in our Beauty Area are required to follow the following rules, in compliance with privacy requirements and for the purpose of protecting the interests of both parties. We kindly ask you to let us know about any health issues and pathologies which may interfere with the treatments you intend to subject yourself to:
- Recent surgery,
- After-effects due to traumatic events,
- Allergies-Intolerances
- If you are taking any particular medication,
- If you have ingested alcohol or taken any recreational drugs
- Se ha sofferto in passato o soffre abitualmente delle seguenti patologie:
- Oncologic pathologies
- Infective or contagious skin conditions – wounds that have not healed completely,
- Wounds covered by gauzes or bandages;
- Heart conditions;
- Tendinous and muscular lesions;
You must warn us if you are pregnant. The management reserves the right to introduce and communicate further rules, bans, mandatory duties or indications, if deemed necessary for improving services and operations of the Wellness Center.
FIDELITY CARD Regulation
All Fidelity Cards are nominal and non-transferrable. You can collect you card free of charge from our reception. Points collection regulation (money back): 1 point for the value of 1,00 Euro will be added on the Fidelity Card for every 10,00 Euro (minimum) spent on our services (Wellness area and Beauty area); 1 point for the value of 1,00 Euro will be added on the Fidelity Card for every 10,00 Euro (minimum) spent on our products.
The points are cumulative and the total amount can be spent within December 31st (included) of the current year, after which date the total will return to zero. The points can be used, fully or partially, starting from the next purchase from the first one involving a collection of points, and apply to Villa Giulia (Wellness and Beauty areas) services only* The points are strictly personal and cannot be transferred.
Further information:
- Rules featured in this regulation also apply to and are valid for current owners of Villa Giulia Fidelity Cards;
- Points are not applicable to the purchase of Wellness and Beauty memberships;
- All points are non-cumulative and cannot be applied to Villa Giulia promotions;
- The points collection is not valid for companies with special agreements;
BOX Regulation
Coupons from promotional boxes are valid for 6 months from the time of purchase (please contact the structure if your coupon has not been used within the expiry date). All coupons are nominal and non-transferrable. Booking is mandatory and the coupon can be used on one date only. When entering the structure, guests must hand in their coupon at the reception. Coupons cannot be exchanged. You can book by calling the structure directly at 0421 952950 or by sending an email to info@benesserevillagiulia.com. Should you lose your coupon, please give the reception the box with the data indicated on its rear at the time of purchase. If you lose both the coupon and the box, we will unfortunately not be able to refund your loss.
(Pre-paid) CARD Regulation
Voucher / Coupon Regulation
Our Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase (please contact the structure if your voucher has not been used within the expiry date). All coupons are nominal and non-transferrable. Booking is mandatory and the Voucher / Coupon can be used on one date only. When entering the structure, guests must hand in their coupon at the reception. Coupons cannot be exchanged. You can book by calling the structure directly at 0421 952950 or by sending an email to info@benesserevillagiulia.com. Should you lose your Voucher/coupon, you will not be entitled to book the wellness course, nor will we be able to reimburse you for the loss.
2×1 Regulation
